How do I place an order online?

You can easily shop through our online store by adding your selected kitchen or wardrobe hardware to the cart and checking out securely. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking information.

Can I view the products before purchasing?

Absolutely! Visit our Nuomi Experience Space in Singapore to see our kitchen and wardrobe hardware in person. You can also feel the materials and test the functionality before making a purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayNow, and bank transfers (for bulk orders). All payments are processed securely to ensure your information remains protected.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To request a change, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Do you offer delivery within Singapore?

Yes, we provide islandwide delivery across Singapore. Free delivery is available for orders above a minimum spend of $500. A charge of $50 will be incurred for all orders below $500

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery within Singapore usually takes 5-7 working days after dispatch. For large project orders, our team will coordinate delivery directly with you.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, self-collection is available at our warehouse. Simply select the “Self-Collect” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused. Please contact us with photos of the issue to start the return process.

What happens if the item I purchased is unavailable after payment?

In the rare event that a product is found to be out of stock, defective, or miscounted after purchase, Chroma Living reserves the right to cancel the order or issue a partial refund to the buyer. We will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions whenever possible.

While Nuomi specializes in high-quality hardware supply, we can recommend trusted partners for installation upon request. Please contact our team for more details.

Do you work with interior designers and carpenters?

Yes, we regularly collaborate with interior designers, architects, and carpenters. If you’re a trade professional, contact us for special pricing, samples, or technical product support.

Nuomi Product Warranty

At Nuomi Singapore, we take pride in delivering high-quality, long-lasting kitchen and wardrobe hardware. Every Nuomi product is designed with precision engineering and durability in mind, ensuring reliable performance for years to come.

Warranty Coverage

- Drawer runners: 10 years
- Hinges: 2 years
- Kitchen and wardrobe accessories: 2 years

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal residential use.
  2. It does not cover damages due to improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear.
  3. Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
  4. Warranty coverage applies to replacement of defective parts only and excludes labour, installation, or transportation costs.
  5. Chroma Living (authorized distributor of Nuomi Singapore) reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the defective product at its discretion.
  6. Warranty is valid only within Singapore for products purchased through authorized Nuomi retailers or the official Nuomi Singapore online store.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name and photos of the affected item
- Description of the issue
